Job Description:
We would like to hire a programmer/Team of Programmers, To build a group buying site (Similar to Groupon) for us.
The following are a few of the features required :
Admin Features
-Dashboard to upload, edit, delete deals.
- Ability to backup files
- Extract Subscription List and other relevant data.
-Manage Users and Merchants account data.
-Manage Voucher
-Extracting of merchant reports, Purchase reports, Deals reports.
-Ability to set commission in the profile for merchants.
Users.
-Users must be able to complete registration with or without facebook login. (With validation required)
-Users must be able to login and edit their profile
- Purchase deals
- Receive vouchers via email.
- Check existing vouchers when login to their accounts.
- Users must have rewards system.
-Must be able to have an option to be on suscription list
-Users will be able to add comments to existing merchants and deals.
-Must be provided the option to view the deals in grid or rows.
Merchants
- Add deals into their own merchant site in the system.
-Deals will have to be approve by admin.
Merchants will have their individual merchant page.
-Merchants must be able to extract information relevant to their deals. (example, list of customers who brought the deals and relevant information of the customer).
-Merchants will have a commission in their profile, Commission will help calculate how much they are due, based on deals they have listed.
System.
Must be mobile compatible i.e. resize to mobile resolution.
Must be paypal enabled.
Must be SEO friendly.
Security concerns must be addressed and updated.
Deals must be postable on facebook/twitter
Vouchers must produce unique codes.
Dynamic Pricing i.e price changes when quantity 'x' is purchase and changes at different quantity levels.
Mobile redemption i.e. Users must be able to redeem the codes without printing the voucher. Merchant must be able to validate voucher using his dashboard.
Anonymous Users
Must be made to register when purchasing the deals.
Design and template of websites must be provided for selection.
Developer may choose the development platform.
Do reply us with a quotation and the platform/language to be used to develop this system.
Please kindly provide us with a portfolio of the developed sites for reference.
Similar experience in group buying sites will receive good standing.
We do appreciate a professional team as we require further development in the future, and we would like to have a long term working relationship with the programmer that is hired for this project

Development Timeframe : Whole project have to be developed by February 15. Further extension can be negotiated if reasonable
FYI : We have previously purchase plugins from [login to view URL] . However, we're unable to develop them to a usable standard. We would be fine if the programmer chooses to use the plugins we purchased to bring the website up to our standards.
