Magento Upgrade from 1.5 to 1.7

I need someone knowledgeable in Magento to upgrade an existing install from 1.5 to 1.7 and check that the 2 custom modules still work with that upgrade. I will provide current database and install of shop but will remove all customer and order data for security. I would expect in return a working copy of Magento 1.7 and instructions on how to re-synch the customer and order tables so I can load them back into the live shop - I am happy if this is through a PHP or MySQL script as I am proficient in this area - I just don't know Magento very well. I am only interested in a fixed price quote, so someone who knows what they're doing is necessary.
