Looking for someone excited to build a user-friendly and fun to use e-commerce website targeted towards young adults. I have A LOT of experience running businesses and a solid understanding of the fashion indsutry, however, I have extremely limited IT knowledge, therefore, I need to find someone who has had prior experience building e-commerce websites and can tell me what works/doesn't. I'd love to share more details about the business concept behind this website, which is what will make it stand-out from the rest. Similar to Shopbop's look and feel and features. Categories sold will include Clothing, Jewelry, Leathergoods, Home Accents, Electronic Accessories and Seasonal Products. Additional pages needed: Blogazine, About Us, Contact Us, My Account, Careers, Refer a Friendm, Shopping Cart


Products: Will have one level of sub-categories (i.e. under Clothing: Tops/ Bottoms/ Outer)

Blogazine: Easy to update postings (photos + text)

Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest

Shopping Cart: Paypal (Credit Card & Paypal Credits)

Device Compatibility: PC, Tablets, Mobile (one website that can be used on all devices)

My Account: Ability to check purchase history

Email: Auto generate emails to confirm purchase, Send out newsletters to email list

Target audience: Top Colleges in America, Hong Kong

My background: Business Experience (finance + consulting for 7 years), Fashion Business Experience (2 years). Studied in US, UK, currently living in HK.
