finish & redesign of magento ecommerse store

I need someone to redesign and finish a retail magento eCommerce online store, The store needs some redesign and I also need a second TRADE website containing the same database preferably shared or a way to be able to upload a central database, uploading by ftp or some simple way of updating both databases with price changes, additional products etc.
Please take a look at the 2 pdf which explains the changes.
I have a 7 day time limit for finishing the first section, The second website can take an additional 7 days, however failure to finish the first section in a maximum of 7 days will result in cancelling the project with no payment due, there you must place a max 7 days duration to finish the project.
A small milestone will only be accepted as I have been messed around too many times already and do not want to tie up funds in milestones, so i need a competent and reliable freelancer to finish the project.
