User friendly Website, from design to upload capability ease

I need a website designed for my business as i already have one up but i need one that will be more user friendly. I need to to be designed well and be easy to use. the use parts comes in as: i want my clients to be able to possily make a username and password and be able to check the status on the service order. If that is not possible, and it needs to be kept simple due to hosting complications then i am willing to have just a basic forum with the ability to upload a pdf file to send to my email by the client. someone with installing checkout information would be awesome.
