I am looking for someone who can build me an education web-site. This site will have approximately 10 pages, the web-site must not appear „too busy“, clean-cut outlook is required. Most of the outline is done, I just need a developer to make it work. My site needs to be very user friendly so I can make changes easily in the future if I needed. We are not tech savvy!!! THE SITE MUST SUPPORT SLOVAK LANGUAGE Front page: Background colour: light turquoise or aquamarine blue with nine goldfish swimming around (no animation), fish can be cartoon-like, with bubbles where text will be put in. The front-home page needs to have a video tutorial section where we can explain how our service works. Video lasting maximum 2 minutes, the video tutorial will be made by ourselves. It should have an option to upload another tutorial when we wish. Register user: to register a new user, he needs to fill in contact details, sign in, forget password,.... The system should assign a unique customer number for every customer. This unique customer number should be send via e-mail after registration. Unique number will be used for bank trasactions. ARCHIVE: ability to upload our video tutorials and here the customer is able to select a video which he wants to view. We want to emphasize that we want to be the sole uploaders on our web-site. We will start up with about 40 videos, coming up to approx.250 videos Duration of one video tutorial will be between 10 to 30 minutes. Number of videos will increase by 1 each day. Ability to view our video tutorial content ONLY after the payment is made (pre-paid viewing) Access to viewing should be denied once the pre-paid limit of videos is exhausted. User will have an option to select from three packages: Package 1: pre-paid 20 videos - estimate Package 2: pre-paid 40 videos- estimate Package 3: pre-paid 60 videos- estimate- just to give you an idea. We will discuss in further detail once we make our choice. Payment will be made via bank transaction, once the customer selects the package, on a click and order basis Security: permits users ONLY TO VIEW VIDEOS!! (must not forward, download, copy videos,...) Live text chat between tutor and students ONLY, NOT BETWEEN STUDENTS!! No social networking between students (customers, users) Video live chat- one to one lesson (tutor and one student), group tutoring (tutor and more students) Ability for customers to see whiteboard for visual explanations during a video live chat Ability to book a video live chat on-line, this feature should be placed on front page (samples will be submitted to the winner) Admin: Ability to view history of customers' orders, to help to offer discounts for loyal customers, regular customers,... Ability to send group e-mails Ability to send e-mail to each customer separately After the payment has been made, the admin/system should notify customer that the selected package was activated and he is able to view videos Ability to send e-mail notification before video viewing limit is exhausted (customers are alerted three videos before their pre-paid limit is exhausted) The admin should be able to offer customers various discounts- example by purchasing the package number 3 a customer will get 5 tutorials free, discounts for new customers, discounts for regular customers,...) Fully control panel to manage the web-site system. You can even suggest a couple of features to enhance this project, we will appreciate your great initiative.
