Need a MS Access 2010 Database created for client information to be stored. This database needs to be accessed locally on a web server as well as online through a website. The logon for the website access must have a logon & password for security reasons. After a user logs on to the site and gets access to the Database, they can input information through a form (fields to be supplied) or alternatively, they can batch load (or upload) an Excel Spreadsheet with the same fields. Excel import to the Database needs to be either .xls or .xlsx. The database online will also have the ability to choose a field with dropdown menus to consistently have error free input of information. The dropdown menus need to have easy accessibility to add new information to the database via desktop and documentation needs to be supplied with the steps to do this. The information that is loaded online will write to the database on the web server and can be accessed via the desktop access to the server. There also needs to be a mail merge function from the website or the database to query specific information and fields, and have the selection either export or print directly from the web, or desktop access. There also needs to be security measures taken to ensure that the online database can not be accessed from others outside of the company. All documentation to maintain and sustain this database and online accessibility to be provided within a word .doc.
