Need a professional looking website with the following details/functionality:

1.) Download the ebook (attached) to their devises, such as Nook or Kindle, etc, desktop and/or laptop computer The pages of the ebook would be numbered and turnable or scrollable.

2. Download the 122 images, photos and documents with the ebook. Be able to click on to the first mention of a person, place or event in the ebook and go to the images, photos, documents related to it.

3,) Purchase the book and images for an amount ($[url removed, login to view]) and make donations and contributions for the maintenance, upkeep, improvement and expansion of the website plus a legal defense fund. A merchant account would be needed to do this. Almost anyone besides Pay Pal.

4.) A feedback link where readers could post their comments and remarks about the ebook. Client could edit them and respond and reply.

5.) An update page on which Client could post news and new developments.

6.) A program that would allow the text on the website to be translated into several different languages. Google Translate?

7.) The website/book should include the ability to click on to a word or phrase on a particular page in the Index and go to that page.

8.) The website would include a Store page. (don't have to setup the store)

9.) The website/ebook will be copyrighted. It will need a “c” In a circle and/or the phrase “ALL RIGHTS RESERVED”.

10.) The website will have a “FAQ” page and an “About Us/brief Bio-data” page on it.

11.) Finally, the Client will be shown how to maintain the website as a webmaster would.
