Move / adjust Wordpress site

I need to either move my existing Wordpress site or change the settings to avoid the installation folder being displayed in the pretty permalink URLs. The website is [login to view URL] and the domain currently 301 redirects to [login to view URL] . All of my links have the /wp/ in which I would like to remove somehow (example - [login to view URL]). The folder 'wp' is where wordpress is insralled at the moment. I would like someone to make the relevant changes to allow me to remove the 301 redirect and remove the 'wp' in the URLs. Either the wordpress installation needs to be moved into the root folder or the settings changed to allow wordpress to power the root domain. The things I will need as part of this project:- 1. Full backup to be made by the winner prior to making changes in case it goes wrong. 2. The 'pretty' permalinks must be adjusted and work properly once complete. 3. All active plugins, content, formats, themes etc must be in full working order on completion.
