Project Description

This is a job for a website re-design. I took an old site and re-designed it in Photoshop. I need to have 15 new PSD's converted into HTML then have Wordpress installed. This will first be done on a test server to show the client the functionality, then once it is approved, uploaded to his server.

His site has high SEO so all of the existing SEO functionality (meta tags, ect) will need to be preserved. Also there will need to be 301 redirects done with .htaccess since the site is being converted from HTML to Wordpress (this part is very important, need to preserve the links for their seniority to keep the SEO in tact).

I'll give very specific and detailed instructions on what needs to be coded on the pages and what needs to be customizable. These are all very basic designs.. nothing very fancy here. It is strictly text and images.

There is also a form [url removed, login to view] which will need to be able to be saved to the server database in a format which will be able to be exported periodically into a .xls or .csv file. This is the only even somewhat complex aspect of the entire site.

Also if you have good SPOKEN English that is a major plus because the client has a few technical questions that he wants to talk to on the phone about first. (would only be one 10 minute max chat, we would Skype. Not a REQUIREMENT per se, but would still be nice since he doesn't know that I outsource the majority of my programming work and I'd like to keep it that way.)

Please reply to the bid with "Read and Understood" so I know you are thorough and read the brief through, and also underneath with LIVE LINKS to your recent work so I can see some of your live work. Not to sound arrogant, but any bids without links to the live work at the top will be ignored.

This is also going to be an ongoing position so I am looking to find someone who is a pro who I can keep going back to. I have two more jobs after this one, and will have between 2-3 each month, so if you do a great job this can be a long-term partnership, which is exactly what I am looking for.

I look forward to hearing from you,
