worpress issues to be solved

i have many small issues with my wordpress blog and i want you to solve all these issues. so here is the list: 1) i need to connect my website with Rss feeds, facebook, g+ and twitter 2) i have used zopim chat plugin but due to some hacking issue, i had to retrieve my website. . what you have to do is that you have to synchronize in a way that when someone clicks on chat now button, he should be directed to a separate chat box 3) i want you to use recorder on my website. like when someone will call of us toll free number, a recorder will be there saying that " please leave your name, email, telephone number and topic and one of our subject specialist will contact you within 24 hours" and then the message will be recorded. it should be skype recorder plugin not wordpress recorder 4) i think my website is not secure. so i want wordpress security plugin to be installed on my webiste. also my website takes too much time in loading and sometimes the slider does not work properly. i want to boost its accuracy and make it secure as well i am tight on budget so basically i need someone who can do this task in less price and time as well thanks
