Convert a Template to a Website

Requirement We have an existing website that collects poll information using Joomla Polls. However the reporting and graphical display of poll results is quite poor, however we believe the data is good. We require a developer to create a mechanism that will allow us to display Poll data in editorial and partner websites in a modern and informative way, in particular graphical form as well as tabular form. Our underlying data is held within Joomla Polls using the underlying Joomla Polls database structures. We need to be able to request poll data on a per poll basis, thus url/results/?id=10 type basis. This content should be displayed to a web page and a widget / code snippet that can be deployed within a page, both a panel, but also within the body of the copy. We also need a list of all polls for which we have results in a tabular list with the ability for a user to select from the list - click - and see the details of the poll results as mentioned above.
