Hello, Here is the difference between design and development: Design is the overall look of the site, colors, text, photos, logo without the functionality. Development is appying functionality to the site, such as making navigation menu clickable, but basically, making the site function by coding the design. What I wil do is create the DESIGN and DEVELOP your website, applying all your content and making it functional. I will create the necessary pages that your site needs. I will also create a page where site visitors can fill out a form to "register their interest" I will also create a page where you can access all their submitted data. This will be installed on your selected hosting provider, with the website address/domain you have. If you prefer someone to manage the site for you, I can do that. I also have a server so I can host it. If you already have a server and prefer your group to manage the site, it will be done that way. So either way will work.
