Finish Sections Of Site - Design Work On Existing Template (Change Colors & Images)

We require someone to help finish our design on website.

The layout and template is created - it is your job to change various colors, make sure the page flows and reflects service offered and so on.

Contact us page needs a red background. Menu needs a nice drop down.

The site is html/css. Add links when necessary and so on.

To clarify, the site is finished in terms of template, just need someone to give it an edge and utilise our branding on the various pages.
