I need someone that can hand code HTML.
This is for a multimedia kiosk presintation. The images were done in Flash, and the whole presintation was completed in Flash. Flash caused a problem with the data being collected and the touch screen, for this reason we need this in pure HTML.
See the file [url removed, login to view] this is the Flash presintation. I need to send this to you since this is over the 510K file size limit. I would like the images to look as much like this as possible except for a few changes I need.
The pages have the asp tags that I am using to gather data. Asp automatically connects with code on the server side and this code has built in data access functions.
What we want from you is to have the asp buttons and asp text boxes neatly arranged with nice graphics and text.
If you do not know what asp tages are you may not be the person to do this job.
I suggest we convert the original pages (I count 7) to pure html. This involves changing the asp buttons and text boxes to html equivalents, ignoring for now data capture.
You can apply HTML mark ups to
1 add a background image
2 placement of the data capture items
3 placement of text for page
4 nice looking and consistant text
5 single button images.
When I receive the modified pages from you I will then convert the HTML buttons and text boxes back to asp and hook up the data capture and printing.
The application runs on a single windoze machine. The client and the server and the database are all on this machine. There is no need to divide up the background image for bandwidth purposes -- if you want to you still can. There is no MAC requirement. Only IE v6 on windoze.
You can provide more button images for mouse over and mouse down events but do not use them. Supply them separately and I will hook them up using the asp tags.
Put the imaages in a subordinate directory and use relative path to reference them.
If you are not comfortable converting the asp tags to their html equivalents I will do this.
