We need a new design layout for our Virtual Tour viewer page. A design is a single HTML web page layout consisting of images, tables, cells, colors, layout attributes, buttons, etc... which make up the look of the virtual tour window.

Once the new design layout has been selected, we will need you to create a skin set. A skin set is 10 different versions of the design layout page each version using different colors and buttons.

This project (and your bid) is to include the cost for creating an acceptable new design layout and the resulting skin set of 10 versions.

** IMPORTANT: The design layout must look the same in all modern browsers & versions and MUST NOT use any JAVA, FLASH, coldfusion, front page elements, activeX, or any scripting of any kind. Only pure HTML is allowed. No Layers, No Frames. CSS is OK.

** All areas of the tour window must expand and contract properly based on the amount of or size of information placed there.

To view our current tour window, please see:

The target size of the new design layout must be less than 800 pixels wide x 600 pixels high. This excludes the browser buttons, title bar, address bar, and status bar. Fonts, font sizes, button sizes, button text size, and other graphic / table sizes are up to you.

This area of the page must expand vertically to allow up to 99 scene names. Most tours are less than 15 scenes. The scene list is TEXT that must use a different rollover color when the mouse hovers over the scene name.

1) For each button, we need two versions: A) active / clicked and B) inactive / not clicked
2) Buttons must fit two-aside within the table row area see our example and buttons must ALL be the SAME size.
3) One blank button (no text) for each state (on or off) must also be provided (in Photoshop or paint shop pro layered format) so we can create new buttons in the future if need be.

This area must expand or be large enough to hold the realty company logo image, the agents photo image, and the agents text info. Can be anywhere in the viewer.

NOTE: sometimes this information is not displayed in the tour window. Therefore, be sure the page contracts properly when this information is not displayed in the tour.

Plan for this area to include text for:
a) Property Address (above tour image)
b) Scene Name (below)
c) Scene Bullet Points (description) (below)

We will insert a flash object or java applet into the viewer area see our example.

Plan on this area initially being 500 pixels wide and 400 pixels high. But we plan on changing the size of this area based on user selections therefore this area must also expand and contract properly to contain the tour scene image and information.

a) [url removed, login to view] escrow service will be used for this transaction

b) TOGETHER WITH A BID, a Provider MUST post an online version(s) of the new design layout "proof" for our tour window. The online proof can simply be an actual size screen capture of the design layout and not the actual HTML page. If you desire, you can work-up a few different layout designs for us to choose from.

*** This will increase your chances at getting selected as the provider for this project.

c) We will review all bids and online design proofs. When we decide on one, we will award the bid and place the money in escrow.

d) You will then create the skin set of 10 versions. Each with a different color combination and different button styles / colors. You will post online proofs of each for our review. We will either accept, reject, or request changes (as part of your bid) to the colors & buttons used for each. Ultimately, there must be 10 acceptable skins created when we are finished with this project.

e) When the skin set has been completed, you will send us a ZIP file containing all the HTML, style sheets, source images (Photoshop or Paintshop Pro layered format), JPGs, GIFs, PNGs used, and non-standard fonts used.

f) Each skin page in the set (and its associated images) must be in its own directory(s) for proper organization and separation.

g) Once we receive the ZIP file, we will test all 10 skins. This means checking the HTML, images, html pages, formatting, size, etc& to make sure it meets our requirements and will work with our tour engine. Any needed changes to the skin set will then be made by you (as part of your bid) until the testing has been completed. This may take several days or longer.

h) When testing is done, we will release the escrow money to you and the project will be complete.

i) All work completed under this project will become the exclusive copyrighted property of our company.
