A membership site was currently being created for me using aMember pro script <[url removed, login to view]> and expression engine <[url removed, login to view]> as the CMS so I can make modifications to the text on pages. Unfortunately it is not finished. My developer has admitted he is not a designer and I want the look and feel to be right.
The function of the site is:
I want to have content on my site and I want to protect those contents with aMember. <[url removed, login to view]> That is, once people sign up using aMember, they can view my member's area. The contents will be listed on the member's area but the will be protected. When users click on the contents, they will have to buy subscription before they can view the content.
The content will be mainly static content. According to my understanding if I have static contents I can actually use the functionality built into aMember by creating "Pages". They can be customized using HTML templates and editors. The requirements I want for my site are all built into AMember.
My previous developer sent me a plan of what was left to do but.
Complete Aweber setup for ptp-guess list.
Decide on the membership structure.
Establish the registration process.
Complete the public pages
Put the public content in the pages
Fix the glitches
Do the members area
Do the affiliates stuff built into aMember
Add the content to members area
Complete Aweber setup for ptp-affiliates and ptp-members
Put it online
Can someone help finish this project or offer me some alternative solution?
I have spent $190 on aMember and $300 on Expression Engine
I will give you logins so you can see what has been done so far.
