The purpose of this project is to create a WPF application that can:
- Open a csv file and display the results in the Extended WPF toolkit data grid found on codeplex (<[url removed, login to view]>)
- Allow the user to make changes to the cells
- Save the datagrid back to a csv file.
In order to read a csv file you can use <[url removed, login to view]> (There is a NuGet package as well <[url removed, login to view]>)
A [url removed, login to view] file is also attached.
The app must allow the user to open any csv file, and save as another name if required.
Please let us know your experience working with datagrids.

Hi Everyone, thank you for your bids. Quite a few of you have asked me why the maximum bid is so high for what appears to be a simple project and whether there are more unspecified requirements. So I would like to clarify. Yes this is a simple project, and there are no unspecified requirements. If you are an expert with WPF it should not take you more than 2 hours to complete this project. More than completing a project I am looking for the right person to work with. I know some of you may have had bad experiences in the past with project descriptions that are vague and customers asking more and more features as the project unfolds, so you inflate your bid amount to cover yourselves. I understand that, but this is not the case here. I am a programmer as well. I just have too much work to do it all on my own so I need to find someone who is really good with WPF can take initiative and architect a proper solution that is well written, modular and maintainable. This project will be the basis of an open source project under the MS-PL license, so you will be paid to contribute to an open source project which you can use elsewhere. The successful bid can expect about 20 to 30 hours more work after this initial project so please let me know what your hourly rate is, how many hours a week you will be available, and modify your bid if required. Thanks. Ben
