Batch Image DATA Entry - Experienced Computer Help Needed - Team Project

Hello,
We are seeking a team of Eastern Europe developers/programmers to use our application to enter data as it pertains to our images.
You and your team will be responsible for sitting in front of your computers, outlining shapes inside of images by using the mouse precisely, and then entering information (data) into the system.
This requires human skilled computer individuals, and we will supply the images and the application to be run on a Windows platform.
We need a team who is very thorough with their work and pays attention to close detail.
We need a team of about 3 people who work together all in the same room.
