Visits to a website germans only

I need visits to a certain web page 1,000,000 times. This is a german website and would prefer germans to do this project. My budget is less so bid accordingly. If you have a program/software to automatically visit the website then you can bid. Only serious bidders pls. Pls note Visits does not mean you just visit the page. You need to click on any links which is there on the webpage and on the google adds. You would click 1,000,000 times on the website and 30,000 on the google adds. You can break the 1,000,000 in 2 months. 1/2 payment after you have clicked 1/2 of what is required and the remaining after you have finished the project.
