The task is a simple one if you know the "mailing" tool of microsoft word.

I have:

1. an excel database with people and scores

2. a ms word template with a message and space for data from the the excel

I need:

1. ms word goes to excel and for each person brings various scores and place them in the specified fields in the word document.

2. some info needs simply to be copied from excel and pasted on word; other info need some treatment (e.g. field in word that will have to show the minimum and maximum values for the corresponding score)

2. (if possible) each document in word containing the data for each participant is saved as an individual word (ie .doc) file and be transformed in a pdf file.
