Bing map control app on a WPF or Silverlight app

I am looking for an ongoing working relationship with somebody who is familiar with Silverlight technology and especially the Bing map control. As a first step (this project) I would like to get a C# app that does the following: - specify a street "location 1" in a town as a street address, obtain its gps coordinates via Bing geocoding service and map it with pushpin on a map. This feature should work correctly with real street locations (from Yahoo Maps or Mapquest etc) - similarly map several other relatively distant (within 20 miles radius) locations that are similarly manually input as street addresses The idea here is to visually show several possible travel destinations for the guy in location 1. That's pretty much it for the initial work. Later on I will give additional expansion projects to use remote server to map from street addresses to gps coordinates seamlessly, help me port it all to Windows Phone 7 and other stuff. For now I just want to get something really, really basic to play around with and understand the capabilities of the Microsoft mapping technology. This app can be built either using WPF or Silverlight, as long as I can easily test it on my Visual Studio 2010 environment without jumping through undue hoops. BS claims from people who are clearly incompetent will be ignored. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Silverlight, WPF, Bing map control, C#, Vista OS, Windows 7 OS
