Our software is installed on a server, with MSSQL Express 2008
Although all works locally, Firewall is blocking remote connections.
We have added the SQL server exe on the server firewall exceptions, and allowed all ports.
The workstations can only see the SQL server ONLY if we disable the Firewall.
Once we disable the firewall the workstations can see the SQL (we have SQL Browser etc all configured)
What else is required on the firewall to allow remote connections?
ALSO, we will require your services on demand, whenever we have an issue.
Such as issues where the workstation is asking for network password to the main PC (server)
OR SQL Not Found (even when firewall on both the workstation and server are disabled)
Please provide your HOURLY rate - the successful bidder will be allow restricted teamviewer access to the problem PC if necessary
Successfully bidder will be our Network assistance when we require your services.
