After a simple script..
Using TLS explicit over FTP.
Script will do as follows:
Connect into an ftp server (I have credentials),
Access a folder,
Download it's contents (*.csv files) into a folder on my c drive,
Move all files downloaded on the ftp into a processed folder..
Happy to use winscp or curl..
I currently connect to the ftp server in FileZilla using ftpes.

I would use the commandline utils of Putty/Winscp to do that. http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html Pretty sinple and straight forward.
I can make this as batch (.bat) script which will use WinSCP. Script will have configuration parameters at beginning so you can easy change it, if you'll need. Thanks for reading my proposal.
It shouldn't be a big task. Depending on your OS, if we're talking about Windows, a PowerShell script could be appropriate for such project. Do you need to migrate the CSV files in a database?
