Outsource Customer Support

We are looking for a party to outsource our first line customer service.

It concerns 24x7 first line support (phone and mail) for a range of mobile applications (download process and operation of products). Response time should be within 30 minutes. Support language should be English. Expected number of support questions initially 50 per week.
