I am looking for some help with regards to development of Word form template which will work as an input form residing on Sharepoint library as template which allows end-users to fill in the form and save as a separate assessment document. I would like to extract the data from the form to Sharerpoint lists so as to be able to manage a database of records. The form once filled has to go through review process where users can edit the form and the edited info should be updated in the lists.
Can someone assist as I am new to word-Sharepoint integration.
