We have a website set up on WordPress, and has been live and running for about 8 months now. We updated to WP version 3.5.1 and now we've run into one issue that I can't solve. The biggest issue is that I'm not always able to replicate the problem.
When we edit a page, it remains in the admin area but when we visit it on the site, we get the regular WP "Sorry no posts were found" error. We've traced this to be something to do with the custom permalinks that we are using. In the wp_postmeta table, the custom permalink is saved for each post but it seems that there were some duplicate PostIDs with the same slug. It obviously shouldn't be saving the same post ID to the table more than once.
If anyone could shed some light on this, I would be so grateful. Please do let me know if you have any questions.
I'd just like to add that we are using the Custom Permalinks plugin to control the slugs.

Hi, I'm experienced with tweaking the WordPress permalink structure. I'll be able to fix the issue pretty quickly(unless the issue is really strange, you'll have it fixed by this evening).
