Help with Shipping Variable Problem on Woocommerce

Without any external plugin if possible I would like on my woocommerce site to create a process whereby 1. I am able to load product. 2. When loading this product there will be options on variations for the user to choose from on the product front page site such as - 10cm height - 20cm height - 30cm height 3. On the backend, I have given each of these 3 heights a weight so when loading product there is a rule created where - 10cm height = 100 grams - 20cm height = 200 grams - 30cm height = 300 grams 4. Then there is a universal shipping rule across the entire site where 0 to 99 grams = $10 100 grams to 199 grams = $20 200 grams to 299 grams = $30 300 grams to 399 grams = $40 5. Based on above info, if user chooses for e.g. 5.1. 10cm height backend rule knows 10cm for this product is set to 100 grams which will cost $20 shipping 5.2. 20cm height backend rule knows 20cm height for this product is 200 grams means shipping is $30. 6. These shipping pricing are fixed throughout the site 100 grams to 199 grams = $20 200 grams to 299 grams = $30 300 grams to 399 grams = $40 7. The individual product pricing structure for weight might be different on other products so for this one dummy product it is 10cm height = 100 grams for another product 10cm height might = 200 grams but again the per gram $ price is fixed. 8. I would like to see through skype or some screenshare app this being built so I can learn. 9. I would like to see something similar to this that freelancer has built. 10. I would like confirmation freelancer has read all 10 points.
