Translation from English to German in WordPress with on-page SEO

We are looking for long-term cooperation with freelancers since many similar projects will be organized. The project involves translation (from English language to German) and creation of WordPress pages with simple elements of on-page SEO. Job description: - Translation of English pages to German is the main part of the job and will take about 80-90% of your total time. All other steps (below) can take 10-20% of your time (up to 30% of time beginning when you learn the steps, but less time later). - Copy the text content of the English page and translate it to German. - Paste your translated text into the newly-created German WordPress page (not post!) - Calculate the size (number of words) for your translation (you will be paid by the total number for all translated words). Add this number in the Master Excel file that has all English and German URLs - Insert the same images into your new WordPress page as you can see them on the original English site. Some images are to be edited/changed if there are English words in them (then you need to translate and add these words in German in the same places using simplest image editing software like Paint, etc.) - Embed the same videos for your German page as for the original English page (if it is present) - Choose the SEO-smart URL for your German page (URL extension) - Below, when editing this page in Wordpress, in the SEO plugin fields, do simple on-page SEO: add a title (60-70 symbols), page description (120-150 symbols), and keywords or anchor text (5-15 in total), all in German. - Guess which other similar phrases German speakers may use and search for in Google in order to land on your page and add this phrases using editing of your original text. You can also do this SEO-optimizing work during your translation. - Add this page to the appropriate side menu so that this new page is displayed in this side menu. (You will see the correct or required side menu on the English page that you translated since English pages have exactly the same structure with 8 different side menus.) There is a special WordPress plugin (to-be-installed) that allows to display different right side menus on different pages. Some English pages have clinical references (quoted literature) and a few even abstracts in English. These details will not be counted as translation and are not required to translate (references will be kept in English language).
