wordpress plugins help

i have installed some plugins, and i face some problems. who can fix the problems rightaway, please bid i will give 10 dollars for fixing. issues. 1. anspress installed, but i can't see my asked questions in my profile etc...user should see his asked questions and his answers on questions in his profile. need to activate email notifications for answers on user questions. (user should get email notification if his/her question is answered) as i see in plugin details, all these options are there. 2. i want to remove anspress from url. now i get [login to view URL] 3. now its default pic and cover for anspress for users. i want it to be site users profile and cover instead. these are the main issues at the moment. if i have some confusions about other functions i will ask.
