317652 Online Flash Voice recorder

I am looking for the same bidders. I am reposting it now and am ready to proceed. I use WIN2003 server and SQL2005. I am looking for a flash programmer who can build 2 different fla/swf applications. 1. An online voice recorder that will open a .mp3 file on my server and play the sound. Then the person clicks a record button and records their voice... the sound is then played back and shows both .wav forms and judges their accuracy. 2. A simple voice recorder that will record a person's voice and save it onto my server as an mp3 file... must be FLASH, not JAVA... I purchased a JAVA recorder but it seems to be too bulky). Each member has a "directory" on my server where the file will be saved to.
