Project Description

We need a website for a couple who is getting married. The graphics should be minimal, but we will want some sort of theme in place (flowers, etc). The site structure will be as follows:

Intro page - Consists of photo, invitation text, and link to enter the site.

Home page - Brief text on how couple met, explanation of site, etc. We'll populate content later.

Directions - Viewer of site will need to put the FROM Adress in via an input box, and get directions to the Ceremony, Ceremony alternate (Rain location), The reception, and Airports. The addresses should be hardcoded in the "to" locations so that when visitor populates the "from" address, they get directions.

Lodging - A list of hotels and addresses, with a link to search for other hotels. (Can link to travelocity or something).

Registry - This page will just have text from the bridge/groom, no real function.

Contact us - Will be a list of names & phont numbers, as well as a contact box form that will prompt the visitor to select somebody to contact (drop down box will have 3 possibilities), and then enter their e-mail address and a message. The form will direct e-mail to one of the three names so there will be three addresses.

RSVP - A page to RSVP, prompt visitor for number of guests, phone#, e-mail address, etc. If an open source CMS like Joomla or Drupal is used, we can use a list module. If not we can just send an e-mail notification when somebody fills in the form information.

Graphical elements - As mentioned in the heading, graphics should be simple. Maybe integrate flowers (pink and white roses, ivy, etc.), Crosses, Hands holding eachother (something like [url removed, login to view]).

This site should be incredibly simple, and a breeze for the right designer. Bids on the high end of the budget won't be entertained unless you show us something you've already done that directly conicides with what we're looking for. The designer must also be able to communicate with us during Central Standard (U.S.) time via e-mail.

Include - "AC Wedding Site" in your bid so I know you read our description.
