This will be an ongoing position. We need to add a member to our team to help with support and troubleshooting of of our medical records routing system.
This person will be remoting in to the central host server to verify client configurations and check logs to look for and troubleshoot errors. He will access the core SQL database to monitor for and troubleshoot issues with the trafficking of records.
When not troubleshooting and doing general maintenance and assisting with new client installations, this engineer will work with the development team in the role of QA for testing code changes and new code rollouts.
The support engineer will be able to work fully remotely but will be "client facing" in that there will be much time spent with staff and clients on WebEx's and taking support calls. Therefore we are looking for people located in the US or Canada, and who are native English speakers.
This position will be ongoing, and will generally be full time or close to it. Most work but will be during business hours, but occasional off hour work will be required when responding to support calls, or doing installations.
