Automate a statement of work contract housed on Sharepoint. It is currently updated manually in MS Word.
The salesperson would enter into some type of form (InfoPath?): Client, dates, etc., which dynamically update throughout. If an optional section is selected in the form, it is included in the contract. Tricky part is services section: based on selections from editable fields, for example, from the selections 1) click Database services and Network services and then 2) select Level 0 and Level 1--queries our services table (excel or MS access or Sharepoint list) and populates the Services section with the query results--headers and rows.
So based on the handful of sections, the document is created in xml/Word and saved to Sharepoint. Freelancer instructions are before section one of the .doc, The xls Data tab contains the table that populates based on form selection.
