I'd like to have my website displayed properly in all browsers.

Who can fix or explain to me how to eliminate an error popping up when viewing my website [url removed, login to view] in Internet Explorer? The error is in line 8/9.

And also can somebody tell me (or help me fix) how I can avoid the iframe used on the site to become malformed when viewing the page with a browser set to only display a limited amount of pixels (this occurs when users have a small monitor or have configured their browser to enlarge what they view. I have only seen this happen in IE.
