Project Description

I have a bunch of xml files which are schema compliant, and in order to make them work in a different environment I am interested in, they need to be made dtd compliant. That is going backwards, I realize, and so I can't find a stylesheet online that will do this for my specific situation.

The xml I have is using the Encoded Archival Description (EAD).

There is a stylsheet online for taking EAD xml files from dtd to schema ([url removed, login to view] -- see [url removed, login to view])

but I need it to go the other way around.

I have notes on exactly what tags / attributes in my schema compliant files need to change in order to make the file dtd compliant.

I just don't know xslt.
