You will need to research and select a resort recreational services or cruise professional to interview. These staff can be from any resort/cruise/organization that offers these services. (Examples below). You may choose to meet in person, zoom or over the phone.

When you interview the program staff ask about how specifically they start to create/implement a program from scratch. How have they modified existing programs, services, or events? What is the process for determining what is offered? What words of wisdom might they have for someone who is looking to get into the recreational services industry? What is the most difficult part of planning for each customer? What is the easiest part of planning for each customer? How do they stay on track when planning large-scale services (i.e. spa or group classes)? If they could change one thing professionally, what would they do differently?
