Create a contact database in MS Access that includes a form showing first name, last name, email, address, city, state, zip, position of interest and notes fields. Form should have a way for the user to pull queries by city and zip and also give them the ability to search the database by each field. a sample template can be found here: [url removed, login to view], but i don't believe includes the queries and search functionality.
