I need a database to keep track of my customer's computer support contracts.
I need fields such as Parent Company, Company (info), Contract #, Serial #, Make and Model (of machine under support), Start/end date (of maintenance contract). These have to be in categories under their respective company and search-able.
I would like to schedule email reporting when a contract is nearing its end and when scheduled maintenance is due.
Check box for if the customer was invoiced and under what invoice # was it invoiced under.
I would also like feedback from the developer on how this all should be structured.
