Please quote an hourly rate for technical support for quickbooks premier accountant edition 2007 + basic USA bookkeeping consultancy (need help in selecting categories for certain of my invoices.)

Questions I have right now include:
1. my bank does not support quickbooks, yet I still want to be able to import all my 2007 transactions automatically. See attached file for a visual of what I have. I know there is a way map fields from my online bank account (Wescom Credit Union) to quickbooks so that the update is automatic. How?
2. accounting is not my area of expertise and I have a bunch of invoices I do not know how to classify.
