The analyst needs to be capable of analysing data with a business sense, find relevant factors and tendencies and bring the findings into a report in Word or Powerpoint.
Skills in retrieval software like Crystal Reports/Business Objects would be helpfull.
The numbers that need to be analysed are:
- revenue numbers
- cost like phone, travel, HR etc
