My wife and I own and operate an LLC that does real estate investing. We currently only own one rental property under the LLC, but we are in the process of starting our first "Fix and Flip" investment project. I have always done my own taxes and the rental house has essentially been treated as pass through income/loss on my personal 1040 form.
I purchased Quickbooks for Mac 2012 because I want to start treating our LLC as it's own business with it's own financials. I am new to Quickbooks, so I am looking for someone who can help me set up my business (Chart of accounts, bills, assets, etc). Basically I just need to transfer everything from my personal taxes to my new Quickbooks software. This would include some assets (rental house, computer, etc) that have already been depreciating on my taxes the past few years.
I would prefer someone who knows Quickbooks for Mac 2012 and can help me learn how to use the software on my own after doing the initial setup.
