Assistant / Office Manager

Job Description:
I am looking for a qualified and experienced Virtual Assistant who is knowledgeable and skilled in both finance and Airbnb management. This individual should have experience in a related field, and must be able to use QBO, Airbnb, Excel, POWER POINT, make phone calls to the US, schedule appointments, etc as dictated by the project.
The job duties for this role will require tasks related to general support + Airbnb management, such as onboarding and communicating with guests, recording payments, responding to inquiries, and conducting post-stay follow-up. Financial duties may include budgeting, cash flow statements, forecast reports, and other paperwork related to financial tracking and analysis. Ultimately, I need someone who is knowledgeable in these areas and can take ownership of the role.
