My Setup: CRM: HubSpot ideally but not setup Job Management: ServiceM8 used since 2019 Accounting: MYOB gets accurate job costing The Goal: I want ServiceM8 to be our primary tool for capturing on-site job information, but I need HubSpot to act as our "source of truth" for tracking and reporting. Key Requirements: Job Tracking in HubSpot: Automatically pull ServiceM8 job data into HubSpot so we can see the live job status (e.g., Quoted, In-Progress, Completed) and who quoted the job. Job Value & Revenue: Sync the total quoted and invoiced values from ServiceM8 to HubSpot Deal properties. Costing Data from MYOB: This is critical—I need to pull job costing data (actual costs of materials/labour) from MYOB back into HubSpot. The goal is to see the true profit margin of each job directly within our HubSpot dashboards. Workflow Automation: Ensure that when a deal is "Won" in HubSpot, it triggers a job in ServiceM8, and when a job is finished in ServiceM8, the HubSpot record updates automatically.
