Experienced Bookeeper/Admin Assistant - US residents
Budget $8-15 USD / hour
I am looking for an organised, efficient, process oriented and responsive bookeeper/admistrative assistant to assist me across several companies, businesses and software applications. Must have initiative to sort emails, complete forms, setup payments in banking for approval, reconcile invoices and receipts through Xero and complete an hourly breakdown of tasks performed. Basically Bookeeping skills are a must as there is a lot of that.
I can explain in more detail later however having said this there is ongoing work that will increase in the New Year so please only apply if you have the capacity to increase your ongoing work hours.
