So my business has monthly subscriptions and about 9 months ago I ran into some issues when doing the accounting. So I saved the reports but I didn't do anything else.
I have a Hong Kong company and the bank is HSBC. We download a CSV file every month that we sync with the total csv file for all the total months. Then we bring that in to Xero and make sure that the numbers match.
So you need to know about these things, we will not change setup for the accounting but simply go through and solve the issues I've had with my accounting, submit the right numbers from when I stopped keeping the accounting.
I prefer to work with individuals and not companies.
I'll call you up and share my screen through the process and when we have fixed the first month I'll release the first milestone (USD 50).
Then we'll move on the the rest of the months, which will probably be a lot easier as we know how to proceed then. After we've finished the last month I will release the next milestone (USD 250)
I calculate that this will take 2-3 days in total.
If you perform well I will consider hiring you every month to do our accounting for a fixed sum of 50 USD/month (should only take 1-2 hours, if you know what you're doing and you're used to it).
