Monthly and year-end account reconciliations and presentation of accounts for auditing

Our small private company (European) wants to have assistance for about one day at the beginning of each month with our accounting. We are using a web-based accounting system where all records are scanned and the data entered semi-automatically into the system daily. There is also functionality for monthly automatic account reconciliations. At the end of each month and by year-end we want a qualified accountant to check all account reconciliations and perform other normal controls and give advice so that the accounts are ready for auditing by our external auditor. We are looking for a well qualified, experienced accountant and want to start as soon as possible with the annual for 2012. We will give user access to our online system and expect to also work via video calls on Skype. Please quote price for 12 months starting within the next few days with finalizing 2012 annual report.
