I am a Certified Public Accountant. I have more than three years experience in an outsourcing firm that handles US clients for bookkeeping and financial services. My task includes but not limited to bank data entry, bank reconciliation, invoicing and receive payments, bills entry, bills payments,
payroll processing and entries, sales commission computations, job costing, Journal entry adjustments such as accrual, prepaid and depreciation, fixed asset management and financial reporting with ratio analysis. I would like to apply for this position.
These are the accounting process I am proposing to you.
1. Understand the business to have an idea how accounting works.
2. Set-up chart of accounts.
3. Update the books for any backlogs
4. Classify the expenses/income properly
5. Reconcile bank accounts
6. Record adjustments/journal entries as needed.
7. Review General Ledger to ensure all expenses and income are all accounted.
8. Generate and send Financial reports such as Balance Sheet, General Ledger and Profit and Loss.
Yes, I can catch up your books for a year and I already handled a client that sells in amazon and shopify.
To start, you can send me your quickbooks account log-in info, bank statements and amazon settlement reports.
For the backlog my asking pay is 500 cad we can have an ongoing monthly fee then of 250 cad.
