I Run 2 companies in spain.
We have a accountant who files our accounts, however we want to keep a internal record for ourselves to ensure our account match our accounts who file our documents, also so we can see what is going on in the company.
We are A IT / Computer repair store and we run Repairdesk so we want to intregrate this into quick books (which is already built into the software) for both stores we can do the intregration but im not sure how to setup the accounts in quickbooks and where to assign repair desk to. (see screenshot)

We only charge IGIC (canary islands VAT) on items that are services and not products in both companies.
But we need quick books setting up so we can use it and also a demo on how to use / work.
We took some one on for this project previously and was let down becaues of covid / family issues, so we are putting this job back out there.
We need quickbooks to link into our bank account with La Caxia, which i believe is supported looking on there website.
WE HAVE A VERY TIGHT TIMEFRAME TO GET THIS DONE ASAP.
