Our freeholder (a UK based company) need to be regularly contacted to make sure that repairs are carried out and that resolutions are reached regarding an ongoing complaint we have with them. We don't have time to manage this.
We need someone to call them twice per week, write follow up emails, and transcribe and keep records of all calls and correspondence.
You will act on our behalf, keeping us updated, and passing any decision making onto us.
